Renewed through the hero insurance link. Money debited. But no acknowledgement of renewed insurance on website. Nor new policy emailed. Went to show room and found out new policy was issued. Showroom charged 50 for printing the insurance. Will think twice next year to use the link again. Not a smooth experience

Your toll free number always busy. If by chance call gets connected then no one speaks and replies over call. Several time tried to call for renew policy before expiry date but line always busy and no one answers as well. Due to this I Missed my policy renewal on before time. Hence, renewed it after expiry date. Thanks, Gorakh Chaudhari

Very bad experience, even on customer service heldesk. I have written emil for refund of my 2nd payment but not get solution. It's more then 15 days.

Worst support from hero insurance broking. Selling products around india and support agent speaks only in hindi. They don't even have any regional language support and the support executive doesn't want to speak in english cutting the call abruptly. One of the worst support experienced ever.Nowadays even small companies are giving good support.

Very fustrted with u, not resolved my issue, now Hero is getting down with quality of products and no one is helping out, very irresponsible peoples, Renwal process is very disgusting balance deducted but policy not received and no one help me fir the same
